Our Discord bot and associated website may use cookies to enhance user experience. By using Ticketbot, you consent
to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy.
Unless otherwise stated, Ticketbot and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to the bot and all

its functionalities.
You may not:
Sell, rent, or sub-license the bot.

Ticketbot acts solely as an intermediary for communication between our "Clients" (Discord server owners or bot
users) and their "End Users" (users of the respective servers). We are not responsible for any content shared or
transmitted between Clients and End Users via our bot.
The bot only provides the platform and does not participate in or monitor the content of the communications between
Clients and End Users. The responsibility for the contents of such messages, including but not limited to their
legality and appropriateness, lies solely with the Client and End User.
If you encounter any misuse or abuse while using Ticketbot or in communication through the bot, you can report it to
us by submitting a report at report.hlx.systems. While we strive to review and address abuse reports, please note
that Ticketbot is not responsible for the content shared between Clients and End Users, and we may not be able to
address every reported issue directly.
