Report illegal content
Clarify relays messages between members and server teams on Discord and keeps transcripts of closed tickets. If you find content in a ticket, a transcript or anywhere else in Clarify that you believe is illegal, report it to us by email. Please tell us where the content is (message link, server ID or transcript URL), why you believe it is illegal, and your name and email address. We review every report and act on it without undue delay.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. Messages, attachments and form answers that members and server teams send through Clarify are third-party content. We transmit and store them for the server they belong to, and we are not obliged to monitor this information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity (Articles 4 to 8 DSA). As soon as we become aware of specific illegal content, we remove it or disable access to it without undue delay.
Liability for links
This website links to external websites of third parties whose content we cannot influence. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. We checked linked pages for possible legal violations when we linked them and found none. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a violation; if we learn of one, we remove the link without delay.
